Pretty Much - true stories from real people
I meet a lot of such people, especially when I ride around through regional Victoria. As we chat I think ‘wow’ and I ask them if they would like to chat more.. and that I would love to record it.
I am a compulsive stickybeak.
These people, who haven’t shared their story before, or don’t even feel they have something to say or are special in anyway. But I do. I think they're really special. And I really appreciate them sharing their stories with me. It’s like their giving me a gift.
So, to honour them I thought I would paint them. See their portraits at the Central goldfields gallery in Maryborough Victoria
A special portrait for very special people. So yeah, here they are.... Pretty Much.
